New to yoga or have some limitations that require some modifications? This class is done sitting in or standing next to a chair. Besides a great way to stretch, it also reduces stress and anxiety and improves circulation, helps lower blood pressure and improves balance. You may wear shoes. Hosted by Group Fitness instructors.
When: Saturdays, February 16 – April 6. Attend 1 or all sessions.

We begin with a 1 hour dance lesson and then dance the night away.

Our program will include an overview of the types of eating disorders, warning signs, medical complications, treatments, and how to talk with someone who might be struggling. There will be time for Q & A. Presented by: Liz McCabe, PhD., LCSW, Pittsburgh site director of The Emily Program.
